1.The processing and logistics status of the ordered spare parts, reflecting real-time tracking and user convenience.

2.Originally, claims were communicated directly by email. Using this system, filling in the necessary information can standardize and simplify the complicated process. After filling in the claim form, our parts department will respond within 24 hours, and the customer can see the status of the claim form, which reflects the optimization of the claim process and our high-quality services.
